Dumper unloading system is a large-scale professional railway wagon unloading equipment, which is widely used in ports, logistics bases, thermal power plants, steel plants, cement plants and coal chemical enterprises. Its function is to unload the bulk materials loaded by railway wagons to the hopper below in an efficient and automatic way, and then transport them to the designated stockyard by belt conveyor and other equipment. Wagon unloading system plays an important role in the logistics system of countries with railway network.

Since establishment, Dalian Sanfeng has provided more than 90 sets of various types of dumper unloading system equipment for various users, including single wagon tippler, double wagon tippler, three wagons wagon tippler and four wagons wagon tippler system, including through-out type layout and turn back type layout. The newly developed and applied wagon tippler system has the function of unloading the latest heavy haul railway wagon such as C-96 and it is available to unload open top container based on DSPC’s independent patent technology.
